Weather was a bit mixed this week, but we did have a few good trips up Loch Etive, saw the sea eagles every day. Here is the outline schedule for next week. Ring, email or message through Facebook to book a trip.

Bridge at Musdile, Lismore

We spent a lot of time up the Loch last week. Scenery fantastic and lots of seals at the moment. Here is an outline schedule for next week…although subject to change 🙂

More sightings this week of puffins fishing, seals chilling and porpoise just passing by! We have lots of availability this week and the weather is good for a boat trip, just bring a warm jacket! Contact us by phone, email or through facebook to book.

This week we were very surprised and excited to see a puffin fishing this week around Lismore. We have never seen a puffin here before, so quite a treat – unfortunately no time to get a photo! Below is a grey seal pictured last week enjoying the sun, looks like it’s doing some yoga!

Seal Yoga?

Some great trips last week lots of seals and sea birds. Here is our schedule next week.

We are seeing lots of seals at the moment, eagles (golden and white tailed) and some porpoise. It’s a great time of year to spot wildlife – why not give us a ring and join one of our trips next week 🙂

Lovely Spring weather this week, bright but cool with fabulous light for photographers. Saw our first seal pup of the year in Loch Etive and a Golden eagle soaring high above us.  Here is the list of trips for next week.

Back at the end of August we took a BBC2 film crew and presenter Jamie Crawford out to Belnahua in the firth of Lorn to film for the programme ‘Scotland from the Sky’.   Episode 3 was shown on Wednesday night but you can still get it on iplayer, link below. A really interesting day for us and they have made a great programme! The Etive Explorer can be seen at the beginning of the programme, and again landing the crew on Belnahua.

We had some interesting trips again this week, lots of seals about and the first dolphin and porpoise sighting for us, this season 🙂
