Private Charter Trips
We welcome enquiries for private and commercial charters of all kinds, from fishing and diving trips to bespoke adventures and professional marine support. Full-day private charters start from £650 for up to 8 hours, with optional add-ons such as our 5m tender available for shore access. All prices are subject to a booking fee, with final costs confirmed at the time of booking.
FISHING TRIPS
You Can Always Make Time For Fishing
Join us for a memorable fishing experience in the Firth of Lorne or Loch Etive. Scotland’s west coast is famous for its rich marine life, with opportunities to catch species such as skate (full day charter only), rays, pollock, wrasse, evening mackerel trips and more.
Our skipper Kyle has fished these waters for many years and will be on hand to guide you, offer advice and help make the most of your time on the water. Trips can be run as evening or full-day charters, with equipment available if required.

Diving Trips
We regularly support dive groups, providing safe and reliable access to some of the best dive sites on Scotland’s west coast. Our stable catamaran offers plenty of deck space, a dive lift and an experienced skipper familiar with local conditions and the best wrecks and local scenic dive sites.
Dive trips are tailored around your group, locations and timings.

Film, Research & Survey Support
We provide professional marine support for film and TV productions, research teams and surveying contracts. Our stable catamaran is well suited to operating in coastal environments and can support a wide range of technical projects. We also have a small moonpool and a 5m landing craft-style tender, allowing easy access to shore when required.
Private Cruises & Special Occasions
A private charter is a fantastic way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or other special events. You choose where we cruise and how long for, and enjoy exclusive use of the boat for your group. Popular options include island-hopping, scenic cruises and small island ‘bagging’.
Day Charter
Plan your perfect day out on the west coast – whether it’s a trip to Tobermory, visiting the historically and geologically significant Garvellachs, or wild swimming in secluded bays.
What to Expect on a Charter
Every charter with Etive Boat Trips is designed to be relaxed, safe and fully tailored to your needs. You’ll have exclusive use of our spacious, stable catamaran, operated by a professional local skipper with extensive experience on Scotland’s west coast.
We’ll work with you in advance to plan routes, timings and any specific requirements, whether you’re organising a private celebration, an adventure trip or a professional project. Complimentary refreshments are provided on board, and our vessel is wheelchair accessible, dog-friendly and fully licensed and insured.
