Update 2023 Season

February 2023

Chris, Helen and Joe are retiring! We would like to thank all our customers for their support and custom over the years. We have met some great people and had some fabulous adventures, we hope that you have enjoyed them as much as us!  We are leaving the business in the capable hands of  Skipper Kyle and Peter, they will be back in the water as usual with trips starting March 2023.

We wish the new Etive Boat Trip team all the best for the future.

August Update

Due to some very positive feedback over the last few weeks, we have decided to finish the our 2021 season with single groups onboard our boat trips.  It gives a much more personal experience that folk seem to enjoy, lots of space to move around and your four legged friend is welcome too. Pricing is outlined on the trips page.

June 2021 Update

Our season is well under way with lots of great trips in and around the Firth of Lorn. Plenty seabirds, seals with pups and a porpoise or two!

We are still operating with single groups on board, but you have the boat to yourselves for the duration of the trip.

UPDATE: 2021 Season

The diary is now open and we are taking bookings from Saturday 1st May, no deposits required at this time. See the trips page of the website for details of trip options and prices. Until further guidance, regarding social distancing is confirmed, we intend to start the season with single group bookings – so you and your party have the boat to yourselves and your dog is welcome.

Looking forward to seeing on board soon.

Update February 2021

In line with the recently published Scottish Government strategic framework for the easing the lockdown, we will not be able to open at Easter as usual.  We think it is more likely to be into May before we can offer any boat trips this year. As soon as a date for us being able to open within the guidance is confirmed, we will update the website.
